I am compelled to respond to the immature and thoughtless acts of this desperate PKR young upstart who was trying so hard to implicate me in order to save herself from being prosecuted under the Penal Code for the subsequent SD of Rahimi purportedly sworn on July 1, 2008, two days after the first SD was sworn before me on June 29, 2008.
Free Malaysia Today reported on 29-09-2010 about “Cases involving the Petaling Jaya City Municipal Council (MBPJ) are being given to a law firm where two PKR leaders R Sivarasa and Latheefa Koya, a MBPJ councilor, work.” In fact, this was an open secret within the Selangor government for at least a good one year. I am surprised that it took so long for this to surface into the open.
