Parliament will resume tomorrow 11-2012, it is hoped that Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar (Amok), the MD of Khazanah Nasional Bhd (Khazanah), and his most trusted crony, En Mohammad Rashdan Yusof aka Danny (Rashdan), will do the right thing to tell Parliament what was the actually consultancy fees that BinaFikir Sdn Bhd (BinaFikir) charged MAS for the WAU Project in 2002/2003.
Amok and his most trusted crony Rashdan were co-founder of BinaFikir. BinaFikir was incorporated in January 2002. Soon after its incorporation, MAS appointed BinaFikir as the consultant to restructure MAS.
Of course, around that material time, YB Tan Sri Noor Mohamed Yacop was also appointed a director of Khazanah. He also played a major role in UEM and MAS.
As we all know that consultants are good at coming out with sophisticated catchy wordings that very few of us could really understand. BinaFikir was no exception. “WAU” was the brainchild of BinaFikir. WAU stood for Widespread Assets Un-Bundling. WAU’s main objective was to make MAS “an asset light airline”, in HERE.
WAU did not help MAS at all. It was just a temporary measure that has caused MAS more problems now. It was all about the selling of the existing assets of MAS to generate fund for MAS. It was more of an asset stripping exercise to raise fund as a temporarily solution.
Under WAU, MAS disposed of all its aircraft to Penerbangan Malaysia Bhd (PMB), MAS Komplek consisting of 52 buildings in KLIA and 70% of MAS Catering Sdn Bhd to Gubahan Saujana Sdn Bhd (Gubahan), which was controlled by the brother of the former PM YB Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi.
By the way, after YB Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi resigned as PM in April 2009, he was subsequently appointed the Advisor of MAS until now. Yours truly believes that he was appraised of WAU, the MAS-AirAsia share swap and the going-on in MAS after the said share swap.
It was also during the tenure of Tun YB Abdullah Ahmad Badawi that YB Tan Sri Noor Mohammed Yaacop (Noor Yaakop) was the extremely powerful Minister of Finance II. Co-incidentally, Noor Yaacop’s then Political Secretary, En Hasbie Satar, was arrested by MACC and charged for 28 counts for offenses alleged to have been committed in December 2008 and Jan 2009 under Anti-Money Laundering Act. It was alleged that MACC found in his possession million of Rinngit.
After the disposal, MAS subsequently signed agreements to lease the aircrafts from PMB and MAS Komplek from Global Asset Network Sdn Bhd for 57 years. MAS also signed a back to back lop sided catering and cabin services contracts from MAS Catering Sdn Bhd for 25 years costing MAS a total of RM6.25 billion (RM250 million per year). After a few months of the disposal of the said 70% of MAS Catering Sdn Bhd to Gubahan, the name of MAS Catering Sdn Bhd was changed to LSG Sky Chef Brahim’s Sdn Bhd.
During the last session of Parliament, the Deputy minister of Finance, YB Senator Datuk Donald Lim, has promised Parliament that he will provide the total consultancy fees charged by Binafikir to MAS for the WAU Project but the little Napoleons in Khazanah managed to withhold this information by hiding behind the CONFIDENTIAL CLAUSE in the consultancy Agreement between BinaFikir and MAS, in HERE.
Yours truly will definitely pursue this matter in this coming session of Parliament until the total cost of consultancy fees, which was believed to be a very big sum, paid by MAS to BianFikir, is revealed to Parliament. It is hoped that En Ahmad Jauhari Yahaya (AJ) and the Board of Directors of MAS will also do the right thing by revealing to Parliament through the Ministry the total consultancy fees paid by MAS to BinaFikir for the WAU Project.
Now that Amok is the MD of Khazanah and his most trusted crony Rashdan is still the Deputy Group CEO of MAS, it is hoped that both of them will realize that they must ensure that such information must be given to Parliament in order to avoid the embarrassment for the Government.
Pak Lah should not be appointed as MAS Advisor which he has a conflict of interest as her brother owns Brahim maaa…. Can we eliminate people who has a conflict interest stay away from this business!!! They are the root cause of the bleeding of MAS!!!
AJ should tell us all what was the consultancy fees of BinaFikir. Knowing AJ, he is only good in condoning the abuse of Nanny Danny and taking care of the Pariah’s interest.
The Board of MAS should instruct AJ to reveal the BinaFikir’s consultancy fees. Datuk Azman Yahya is the longest serving member of the Board and he should know about this matter.
The consultancy fee paid to Bagi Rosak tak Fikir is partly the reason for the cash bleed.

AJ has no balls to stand up for MAS as you can see how he sold the interest of MAS under the agreement to uplift the 35,000 AAX passengers.
AJ can only talked bad about the staff and condemn staff. With the Pariah and the little napoleons in Khazanah he will lick their boots. Until today he is still condoning the Nanny Danny.
YB please whack the shit out of AJ, Nanny Danny, Roman and Azhari and hope that they will realise that thye are not wanted.

Gua ni staff MAS yang perihatin, nak mintak tolong sangat lah klu dapat YB siarkan luahan hati staff2 MAS yang dah mati kutu tak tahu nak buat apa lagi dengan salah guna kuasa dua tiga pengurus MAS bagi kasi tahu semua orang baca dan kenal sapa kutu2 ini.
Salah guna kuasa di MAS ni dah terlampau2 sampai gua dan staff pun dah meluat, makin hari makin menjadi2 macam ini:

Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar as the MD of Khazanah must take full responsibility for the share suap, which was reversed by the PM. It shows that he and the little Napoleons in Khazanah are not fit to run Khazanah.
Tan Sri Azman where is the collective responsibility on your part. Why hanging on to the job? I am sure that soon your crony Rashdan will be taken into to Khazanah to do other nonsense.

YB, I hate to say this, but even until the cows come home, you and all of us will NEVER get the answer to the question how much was paid to Binafikir for WAU. Why i say this? Well, the amount must be obscenely huge, and a chunk must have gone to UMNO’s coffers. But WAU did succeed in making MAS “asset-light” and may I add “cash-light” also.
