When Yg Bhg TAN SRI ABDUL AZIZ ABDUL RAHMAN retired as the CEO/Managing Director of MAS, he left MAS with RM5 billion cash reserve. During his tenure as CEO, MAS employees have been paid yearly bonuses.

If YB Tan Sri Rafidah Aziz has gone off her rockers then AJ has gone senile to have signed the secret “Supplementary Collaborative Agreement” and two MOUs with AirAsia/AAX almost immediately after the secret share swap was unwound. Until this day AJ could not reveal what were the exact nature of the collaborations. So far, what we have witnessed was a collaboration based on “MAS gives ALL, AirAsia/AirAsia X take ALL”, in HERE.

Yesterday (13-4-2012) MESA Union of MAS has sent an e-mail to Tan Sri Md Nor Yusof (Md Nor), the MAS Chairman and also one of the brains behind the project known as “Widespread Assets un-Bundling” ( “WAU”) in 2002 / 2003 when he was the MD of MAS. It was under WAU that on 25-9-2003 Md Nor caused MAS Catering Sdn Bhd to be sold to the former PM, YB Tun Abdullah Hj Ahmad Badawi, brother’s (Datuk HJ Ibrahi Hj Ahmad Badawi) company and on the same day Md Nor secretly signed a ONE SIDED catering and other services agreement with MAS Catering Sdn Bhd for 25 years costing MAS RM6.25 BILLION! The name of MAS Catering Sdn Bhd, which was set up in the 1970‘s, has been changed to LSG Skychef Brahim’s Sdn Bhd, in HERE.
After the MAS-AirAsia share swap and CCF have been inked by Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar (Amok), the MD for Khazanah,, MAS was managed by an Exco comprising of En Mohammed Rashdan Yusof aka Danny, the Amok’s crony and Ex-business partner in BinaFikir Sdn Bhd, Tan Sri Tony Fernandes and Datuk Kamarudin Meranun both from AirAsia Sdn Bhd representing Tune Air Sdn Bhd. That was the arrangement agreed to by Amok. Several days after the inking of the said secret share swap and CCF, Rashdan flew to London to commit MAS to sponsor QPR for 18 million Pounds, in HERE.
