Yesterday (13-4-2012) MESA Union of MAS has sent an e-mail to Tan Sri Md Nor Yusof (Md Nor), the MAS Chairman and also one of the brains behind the project known as “Widespread Assets un-Bundling” ( “WAU”) in 2002 / 2003 when he was the MD of MAS. It was under WAU that on 25-9-2003 Md Nor caused MAS Catering Sdn Bhd to be sold to the former PM, YB Tun Abdullah Hj Ahmad Badawi, brother’s (Datuk HJ Ibrahi Hj Ahmad Badawi) company and on the same day Md Nor secretly signed a ONE SIDED catering and other services agreement with MAS Catering Sdn Bhd for 25 years costing MAS RM6.25 BILLION! The name of MAS Catering Sdn Bhd, which was set up in the 1970‘s, has been changed to LSG Skychef Brahim’s Sdn Bhd, in HERE.

Md Nor: Are you condoning Rashdan’s abused of powers?
Updates @ 11:00 am on 3-4-2012: AJ has just sent out another new organization chart for MAS effective today. AJ said in the e-mail that the new management chart “will continue to strengthen his foundation to successfully implement the Recovery plans and the Game Changers as contained in the Business Plan”. This is the third management chart for AJ ever since he was appointed MAS Group CEO! Just wondering, how many more of such chart to come?
Under this new structure, Amok’s crony Rashdan is still the Deputy Group CEO in charge of “Group Finance together with Aircraft Finance & Management and also to assist AJ with overseeing all the divisions and subsidiaries”.
AJ & Tan Sri Md Nor Yusof: What about the scandals regarding the upgrading of Rashdan’s maid to First Class that has been highlighted in this blog and in Parliament. Are you going to take actions against the abused of power by Amok’s crony?

AJ & RASHDAN: WHAT ABOUT THE “PANAMERA DEAD WOODS”?
Updated 1:30 am 7-12-2011: There two interesting articles that are worth reading about the incompetencies of Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar and his secret MAS – share swap, CCF, and Tan Sri Tony Fernandes (Tony) wanted a Service Level Agreement with MAHB. Hopefully Tan Sri Asman Mokhtar will not suddenly sign another secret share swap agreement involving MAHB, where Tony will be appointed the new MD for MAHB. In HERE & HERE.
Updated @ 4:45 pm 6-12-2011: Yours truly has been informed by reliable sources that the notification for this town hall meeting states that if the staff want to attend the meeting, he or she will have to obtain prior approval from their head of department. Just wondering how many staff will be given the approval to attend. Although there were talks of the meeting will be stage managed, yours truly believes that unlike others AJ will put into practice transparency in MAS. Hopefully AJ will do a tell all with regards to the “secret” CCF, which is the main concern of the staff and the nation.
En Ahmad Jauhari Yahya (AJ), MD of MAS and En Mohammed Rashdan Yusof aka Danny (Rashdan), Deputy MD of MAS, who was Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar’s former business partner in BinaFikir Sdn Bhd, have called for a town hall meeting tomorrow (7-12-2011) at 9:30 am at the MAS Academy to unveil their so-called “Comprehensive Collaborative Framework” (CCF) and New Business Plans to save MAS. Yours truly hopes that MAS management will allow time off for its members of staff to attend this town hall meeting to learn about the grand plans that will affect their future and livelihoods.

Updated @ 10:45 am 5-12-2011: MAS used to have daily return direct flights between Sandakan and Kuala Lumpur, then Firefly came in to serve this route, so MAS stopped doing it. This was decided by the new management of MAS under En Mohammed Rashdan Yusof, the ex-business partner of Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar when they were in BinaFikir Sdn Bhd.
The Assistant Minister in the Chief Minister’s Department Datuk Edward Khoo has expressed disappointment at the decision to reduce the number of airlines operating direct flights between Sandakan to Kuala Lumpur.
“Lately Firefly has also withdrawn its service and we are now left with only AirAsia serving this route.I still remember that when MAS and AirAsia had a share swap, it was clearly announced that this swap would not create a monopoly for air travel.This particular route between Sandakan and Kuala Lumpur has now become a monopoly (by AirAsia),” said Datuk Edward Khoo. Now that the meeting between Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar and Tan Sri Bashir of MAHB was just a rumour where Tan Sri Bashir was supposed to be given the boot. Lets hope that the sacking of Tan Sri Bashir was a mere figment of imagination. Lets return to the problems in MAS where Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar’s ex-business partner in BinaFikir Sdn Bhd, En Mohammed Rashdan Yusfof aka Danny, was in the centre of many controversial decisions in MAS.

Updated @ 12:30 am 22-11-2011: Tan Sri Azman Mokthar, the MD of Khazanah Nasional Bhd in his briefing to PAC yesterday morning and acknowledged that they were 50 verbal and written questions raised by 36 MPs in Parliament. Yours truly regretted and apologized that a new posting cannot be done with regards to what Tan Sri Azman Mokthar and En Ahmad Jauhari, MAS MD, have told PAC with regards to the secret MAS-AirAsia share swap and the so-called Collaborative framework on 21-11-2011. Yours truly was too elated that Malaysia won the SEA Game Football Championship. Cheers to Harimau Muda! The Harimau Muda under the leadership of Mr Ong Kim Sew have made the nation proud.
