In PART 1 we stopped at the sorry state of Rural Air Service (RAS) and Fly Asian Express Sdn Bhd (now AirAsia X) where six aircraft were grounded due to un-airworthiness and another one was cannibalised for spare parts, and how MAS was left to pickup the pieces thereafter.

Updates 6-3-2012: Apparently there was no due diligence carried out before inking in the much talked about secret MAS-AirAsia share swap wrote Outsyed The Box. Well, on 14-8-2011 five days after the said secret share swap agreement was inked by Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar, MD of Khazanah Nasional Bhd (Khazanah) and ex-business partner of En Mohammed Rashdan Yusof aka Danny Boy, Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar admitted to the bloggers on that very night that the option to purchase the 10% share of AirAsia X Sdn Bhd was a “DODGY DEAL”. Despite it was a “dodgy deal” Khazanah went ahead to appoint Morgan Stanley Investment Banker to evaluate the share of AirAsia X Sdn Bhd. By now Khazanah may have had exercised the the said 10% option. Typical of the people from the famous “Bina Tak Fikir”. On 1-3-2012 En Ahmad Jauhari Yahya (AJ), the MAS CEO, and his deputy, En Mohammed Rashdan Yusof aka Danny (Rashdan), the ex-business partner of Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar (Amok) in BinaFikir Sdn Bhd, have proudly announced that MAS posted RM2.5 bilion losses for year ending 2011. Yours truly has been alerted by Anak Malaysia that a Petition Campaign has been launched against the secret MAS-AirAsia share swap and the “Comprehensive Collaborative Framework” (CCF). The said secret share swap and CCF were the brainchild of Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar, the MD of Khazanah Nasional Bhd, and his ex-business partner of BinaFikir Sdn Bhd and crony, En Mohammed Rashdan Yusof a.k. Danny (Rashdan). After a short span of 8 years BinaFikir Sdn Bhd was sold to Maybank Bhd for a whooping RM8 million!
En Mohammed Rashdan Yusoff aka Danny, Tan Sri Azman Mokthar's crony and ex-business partner in BinaFikir Sdn Bhd, was talking about "PERFORMANCE". Performance by spending RM18 million to sponsor QPR and cutting routes to benefit AA?
YM Tengku Azmil, the previous MD of MAS, who resigned immediately after the signing of the secret MAS – AirAsia share swap and the Comprehensive Collaborative Agreements (CCF) on 9-8-2011, has signed an MOU with Oneworld on 5-6-2011. On 21-11-2011 MAS MD, En Ahmad Jauhari Yahya (AJ), told the Public Account Committee (PAC) in the presence of Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar, the ex-business partner of Rashdan when they were in BinaFikir Sdn Bhd, that Firefly made a loss of RM89 million! Yours truly has been reliably informed that as a mark of appreciation of the Firefly’s overall staff performance last year, MAS management rewarded members of staff of Firefly with bonuses from as high as 8 month and as low as 4 month salaries based on their respective performance.
AJ: What about the "Panamera Dead Woods" in MAS, which is one of LEAKAGES? But this a picture of a beautiful car by Posche and definitely not a dead wood.
Updated 1:30 am 7-12-2011: There two interesting articles that are worth reading about the incompetencies of Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar and his secret MAS – share swap, CCF, and Tan Sri Tony Fernandes (Tony) wanted a Service Level Agreement with MAHB. Hopefully Tan Sri Asman Mokhtar will not suddenly sign another secret share swap agreement involving MAHB, where Tony will be appointed the new MD for MAHB. In HERE & HERE.
Updated @ 4:45 pm 6-12-2011:Yours truly has been informed by reliable sources that the notification for this town hall meeting states that if the staff want to attend the meeting, he or she will have to obtain prior approval from their head of department. Just wondering how many staff will be given the approval to attend. Although there were talks of the meeting will be stage managed, yours truly believes that unlike others AJ will put into practice transparency in MAS. Hopefully AJ will do a tell all with regards to the “secret” CCF, which is the main concern of the staff and the nation.

Yours truly hopes that MAS management will allow time off for its members of staff to attend this town hall meeting to learn about the grand plans that will affect their future and livelihoods.
