Parliament will resume tomorrow 11-2012, it is hoped that Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar (Amok), the MD of Khazanah Nasional Bhd (Khazanah), and his most trusted crony, En Mohammad Rashdan Yusof aka Danny (Rashdan), will do the right thing to tell Parliament what was the actually consultancy fees that BinaFikir Sdn Bhd (BinaFikir) charged MAS for the WAU Project in 2002/2003.

Yours truly has been pressing YB Senator Datuk Donald Lim, the Deputy Minister of Finance to fulfill his promise to Parliament that he will provide the information as to how much MAS paid BinaFikir Sdn Bhd for the WAU Project in 2002.

After the MAS-AirAsia share swap and CCF have been inked by Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar (Amok), the MD for Khazanah,, MAS was managed by an Exco comprising of En Mohammed Rashdan Yusof aka Danny, the Amok’s crony and Ex-business partner in BinaFikir Sdn Bhd, Tan Sri Tony Fernandes and Datuk Kamarudin Meranun both from AirAsia Sdn Bhd representing Tune Air Sdn Bhd. That was the arrangement agreed to by Amok. Several days after the inking of the said secret share swap and CCF, Rashdan flew to London to commit MAS to sponsor QPR for 18 million Pounds, in HERE.

Updates @ 11:00 am on 3-4-2012: AJ has just sent out another new organization chart for MAS effective today.   AJ said in the e-mail that the new management chart “will continue to strengthen his foundation to successfully implement the Recovery plans and the Game Changers as contained in the Business Plan”. This is the third management chart for AJ ever since he was appointed MAS Group CEO!  Just wondering, how many more of such chart to come?

Under this new structure,  Amok’s crony Rashdan is still the Deputy Group CEO in charge of  “Group Finance together with Aircraft Finance & Management and also to assist AJ with overseeing all the divisions and subsidiaries”.

AJ & Tan Sri Md Nor Yusof: What about the scandals regarding the upgrading of Rashdan’s maid to First Class that has been highlighted in this blog and in Parliament. Are you going to take actions against the abused of power by Amok’s crony?

Today (2-4-2012) MESA Union of MAS has sent an e-mail to Tan Sri Md Nor Yusof (Md Nor), MAS  Chairman and also one of  the brains behind the project known as “Widespread Assets un-Bundling” ( WAU) in 2002 / 2003 when he was the MD of MAS.

Updates @ 6:45 pm on 21-3-2012: On 26-3-2012 at 1 pm A few of the members of the top management of MAS are coming to Parliament House to brief the BN Backbenchers Club (BN MPs) on the status of the MAS Business Plan. First and foremost, what Business Plans? It was a plan to import more and more AsiaAsia staff into MAS and to make life difficult for MAS Staff and etc. 

Md Nor and the other cronies should have a Town Hall meeting with the stakeholders i.e. the MAS staff to explain what they have been doing and what PlaneConsult and Mr Shane Nollan have been doing in MAS. They should tell MAS staff how many AirAisa X Sdn Bhd passengers have been lifted by MAS with “ZERO FARE”. 

How much consultancy fees that MAS paid to BinaFikir Sdn Bhd, which was owned by Amok and his crony, Rashdan, at the time of “WAU”? Md Nor should provide details of how MAS sold MAS Catering Sdn Bhd to a company owned by the brother of Tun Abdullah Badawi when he was the PM and MAS Komplek in Sepang was sold to Assets Global Network Sdn Bhd? Md Nor should also provide detail costings of the 25 years agreement and 57 lease agreement? 

It is too late to do damage control now because the MPs are all aware of the nonsense in MAS. Last session there were more than 50 MPs who spoke about this dirty share swap and CCF. There are more MPs speaking against it this time. Yours truly has been informed that Minister of Finance II, YB Datuk Husni was the Minister that help them to organsie this meeting to brief the MPs.

Yours truly would not have written this piece had Tan Sri Md Nor Yusof (Md Nor) didn’t try to be show that he is after all a crony by jumping in to blindly defend Tan Sri Azam Mokhtar (Amok) crony, Rashdan and En Ahmad Jauhari Yahya (AJ) in HERE.

MAS TRIO’s briefing “ACCURACY IS NOT GUARANTEED!”

On 29 February 2012 En Ahmad Jauhari Yahya,(AJ) , En Mohammed Rashdan Yusof aka Danny (Rashdan), Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar’s ex-businesss partner in BinaFikir Sdn Bhd and crony,  and En Rozman Omar (Rozman), the newly crowned CFO of MAS and ex high ranking officer of AirAsia, briefed the media of the performance of MAS for the 4th Quarter and FY 2011. They have produced figures based on the UNAUDITED ACCOUNTS of MAS to the media that showed MAS has suffered huge losses to the tune of RM2.524 billion. The said losses must have shaken the Government and nation. Why was there a desperate need to make such a sudden briefing/announcement at this particular time? It was done some 12 days before the commencement of Parliament on 12-3-2012. What a coincidence!

AJ & Rashdan: MAS or MAS management is in crisis?

Updates 6-3-2012: Apparently there was no due diligence carried out before inking in the much talked about secret MAS-AirAsia share swap wrote Outsyed The Box. Well, on 14-8-2011 five days after the said secret share swap agreement was inked by Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar, MD of Khazanah Nasional Bhd (Khazanah) and ex-business partner of En Mohammed Rashdan Yusof aka Danny Boy, Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar admitted to the bloggers on that very night that the option to purchase the 10% share of AirAsia X Sdn Bhd was a “DODGY DEAL”. Despite it was a “dodgy deal” Khazanah went ahead to appoint Morgan Stanley Investment Banker to evaluate the share of AirAsia X Sdn Bhd. By now Khazanah may have had exercised the the said 10% option. Typical of the people from the famous “Bina Tak Fikir”. On 1-3-2012 En Ahmad Jauhari Yahya (AJ), the MAS CEO, and his deputy, En Mohammed Rashdan Yusof aka Danny (Rashdan), the ex-business partner of Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar (Amok) in BinaFikir Sdn Bhd, have proudly announced that MAS posted RM2.5 bilion losses for year ending 2011. AJ also said that MAS is in crisis! Perhaps it is a case of MAS management is in crisis because they are clueless about the aviation industry. Please read in HERE for the press report.
