The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), an equivalent of Malaysia Competition Commission (MYCC), has filed a lawsuit against AirAsia for failing to disclose the full air fare in its website for the following flights: Melborune and Macau, London, Ho Chi Minh City, New Delhi, Hangzhou & Chengdu, Perth and Taipei, Phuket, Osaka, London, Ho Chi Minh City and Hangzhou, Gold Coast and Ho Chi Minh City, in HERE. On 9-12-2011 Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumerism Minister, YB Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri told the nation that Malaysian Competition Commission (MYCC), which will be headed by YA Tan Sri Siti Norma Yaakob (a former Chief Judge of Malaya), will consult members of the public before the implementation of the Competition Act 2010 on 1-1-2012.
