Updates @ 2:30 pm on 25-3-2012: The cronies are on witch hunting in MAS. Heads of Department have been instructed to investigate who leaked out the information on the abused of power by the Deputy Group CEO of MAS, the Amok’s crony Rashdan, during the flight MH 122 on 1-1-2012. Instead of taking disciplinary actions against one of the cronies, they are only interested in victimizing MAS staff.
It is about time that MAS unions must all come out to protest against the VICTIMISATION of its members by the cronies in MAS. MAS is a GLC and therefore, it belongs to all Malaysians. The cronies should stop terrorizing MAS staffs to COVER UP their own misdeeds.

(It should have been changed to greay color!) Which advertising firm did the designing work for it and how much was the design fees? Rumours have it that it costsMAS RM8 million!!! Updates @ 6:45 pm on 21-3-2012: On 26-3-2012 at 1 pm A few of the members of the top management of MAS are coming to Parliament House to brief the BN Backbenchers Club (BN MPs) on the status of the MAS Business Plan. First and foremost, what Business Plans? It was a plan to import more and more AsiaAsia staff into MAS and to make life difficult for MAS Staff and etc.
Md Nor and the other cronies should have a Town Hall meeting with the stakeholders i.e. the MAS staff to explain what they have been doing and what PlaneConsult and Mr Shane Nollan have been doing in MAS. They should tell MAS staff how many AirAisa X Sdn Bhd passengers have been lifted by MAS with “ZERO FARE”.
How much consultancy fees that MAS paid to BinaFikir Sdn Bhd, which was owned by Amok and his crony, Rashdan, at the time of “WAU”? Md Nor should provide details of how MAS sold MAS Catering Sdn Bhdto a company owned by the brother of Tun Abdullah Badawi when he was the PM and MAS Komplek in Sepang was sold to Assets Global Network Sdn Bhd? Md Nor should also provide detail costings of the 25 years agreement and 57 lease agreement?
It is too late to do damage control now because the MPs are all aware of the nonsense in MAS. Last session there were more than 50 MPs who spoke about this dirty share swap and CCF. There are more MPs speaking against it this time. Yours truly has been informed that Minister of Finance II, YB Datuk Husni was the Minister that help them to organsie this meeting to brief the MPs.
Yours truly would not have written this piece had Tan Sri Md Nor Yusof (Md Nor) didn’t try to be show that he is after all a crony by jumping in to blindly defend Tan Sri Azam Mokhtar (Amok) crony, Rashdan and En Ahmad Jauhari Yahya (AJ) in HERE.

Yours truly, has been informed that the “sit-in” protest by MAS employees in Italy is still on. Tan Sri Md Nor Yusof was quick to issue press statement to defend Amok’s crony, Rashdan, and AJ but until today he is keeping very quiet about the appointment of PlaneConsult and what Mr Shane Nollan has been doing as Acting Commercial Director of MAS.
Yours truly would have thought that he would make another statement and published, of course, in the Star, to defend the “sacking” of the MAS employees in Italy, Mat Salleh, Mr Shane Nollan of PlaneConsult, AJ and Amok’s crony, Rahsdan, for they doing the “right thing” by not charging fare for the AA X Sdn Bhd’s passengers when they were uplifted by MAS to Mumbai. Tan Sri Md Nor should also tell Malaysians that helping AirAsia X Sdn Bhd and bring in AirAsia staff into MAS to hold key positions are the two main pillars of the secret share swap and CCF. Yours truly is still waiting to hear from him with regard to the selling of MAS assets under WAU when he was the MD then.
On the different note, instead of plugging the massive LEAKAGES (KEBOCORAN) in MAS, its top management is more interested in witch hunting i.e. looking for people leaking out information or rather their MALPRACTICES. They have instructed the poor heads of department to do the dirty job for them. This is one form of the LEAKAGES in MAS – instructing staff to do unproductive jobs. Updates @ 7:30 pm 0n 19-3-2012: Dear Fellow Malaysians (especially MAS staff) and the Italian MAS staff, yours truly spoke at length about the secret MAS – AirAsia share swap and CCF that have caused big problems in MAS and for MAS staff and their families. The subject matters in the speech include Tan Sri Md Nor Md Yusof, Amok’s crony, Rashdan, Amok himself, AJ, En Rozman Omar, Puan Nor Zalidah Ahmad, En Azhari Dhallan, Mr Shane Nollan, Mr Andy Holmes, Mr Conor McCarthy (all three from PlaneConsult), MAS Sdn Bhd, MAS Kargo, MAS Engineering, MAS Academy,WAU, and the disposal of the 70% share in MAS Catering Sdn Bhd and MAS Komplek.
Yours truly also spoke about the plight of the Italians. The verbatim speech will be published as soon as yours truly received the Hansard. Unfortunately for the Italians, you all will have yo get it translated as it is in Bahasa Malaysia.
Updates @ 9:40 am on 19-3-2012: On 16-3-2012 at 9:30 pm Puan Nor Zalida Ahmad, Head of Strategic Communication of MAS, sent out the full text of the statement of Tan Sri Md Nor Md Yusof(MD Nor), MAS Chairman and the chief architect of the failed “Widespread Assets Un-Bundling” aka WAU in 2002/2003, supporting the Amok’s crony, Rashdan and AJ. WAU was about “saving” MAS through “ASSETS STRIPPING”. The statement appeared prominently in, of course, The Star. MD Nor was in great pain to justify what Amok’s crony has been doing. MD now was trying to undermine YAB PM when PM said that he will look into the secret MAS – AirAia share swap and CCF.
By the way, Puan Zalida Ahmad is the niece of Datuk Kamarudin Meranun, AirAsia Deputy CEO and sister of En Zaman Ahmad of AirAsia, the Head of Passenger Experience of AirAsia. It seems that no one else in MAS that is capable of doing the jobs. Is it part of the secret share swap and CCF to transfer AirAsia staff or person, who are related the top managers of AirAsia into MAS top management? MAS Unions, your views on the transfer of Puan Nor Zalida Ahmad (new Head Strategic communication), En Rozman Omar (new CFO of MAS) and En Azhari Dhalan (new Head of MAS Engineering), please?
Updates at 1:40 am 19-3-2012: Yours truly has been informed by reliable sources that the recruit of the Rashdan’s “new airlines”, MAS Sdn Bhd, has begun in earnest. Most probably this must have been “recommended” by his preferred Mat Salleh consultant, PlaneConsult, which is also the consultant for AirAsia and AirAsia X Sdn Bhd. If MAS staff do not exercise their option by 16-4-2012, they will be terminated with 3 months salary as compensation. Just wondering whether this decision is palatable to the leaders of the several MAS unions?
Yours truly has been informed by the employees of MAS in Italy that since 13-3-2012 they have been in a “sit-in”protest against MAS management headed by En Ahmad Jauhari Yahya (AJ) and En Mohammed Rashdan Yusof, the ex business partner and crony of Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar (Amok), the MD of Khazanah Nasional Bhd .
Updates @ 1:30 am on 15-3-2012:PlaneConsult is not the only consultant firm hired by MAS. Ernst & Young is another consultant firm that has been appointed to teach MAS Corporate Division how to do their work. It seemed that AJ and Rashdan, Amok’s crony and ex-business partner in BinaFikir Sdn Bhd, are heavily relying on consultants to do the thinking for them. It has been for some weeks that “two young sweet little” officers from Ernst & Young are in MAS Corporate Division. Quite frankly, it is a case of teaching “grandmothers how to suck eggs”. MAS had to pay good money as salaries and perks to these two handpicked “corporate gurus” by Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar and yet they needed consultants to think for them. It is laughable.
Under the circumstances, saving MAS is a foregone conclusion! Perhaps it is also a case of “Kepimpinan Melalui Tauladan”. Under Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar leadership, it has became Khazanah’s culture to engage consultant firms to think for them. The Government must account to Parliament what is the total payment made to consultant firms during Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar’s reign In Khazanah from June 2004 until today.
Updates @ 6:45 pm on 14-3-2012:YB Datuk Nancy, Batang Sadong MP, criticised the MAS – AirAsia share swap and CCF and called for the Government to reverse or cancell the them forthwith as it was not in the interest of the country. Yours truly believes that there will more MPs calling for the said share swap to be reversed as it was a failure from day one. It is hoped that Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar, MD of Khazanah and the ex-business partner of Rashdan when they were together in BinaFikir Sdn Bhd, will take note.

Updates 6-3-2012: Apparently there was no due diligence carried out before inking in the much talked about secret MAS-AirAsia share swap wrote Outsyed The Box. Well, on 14-8-2011 five days after the said secret share swap agreement was inked by Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar, MD of Khazanah Nasional Bhd (Khazanah) and ex-business partner of En Mohammed Rashdan Yusof aka Danny Boy, Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar admitted to the bloggers on that very night that the option to purchase the 10% share of AirAsia X Sdn Bhd was a “DODGY DEAL”. Despite it was a “dodgy deal” Khazanah went ahead to appoint Morgan Stanley Investment Banker to evaluate the share of AirAsia X Sdn Bhd. By now Khazanah may have had exercised the the said 10% option. Typical of the people from the famous “Bina Tak Fikir”. Yours truly will try to get answers about this “DODGY DEAL” from Parliament when Parliament is in session commencing March 12, 2012. On 1-3-2012 En Ahmad Jauhari Yahya (AJ), the MAS CEO, and his deputy, En Mohammed Rashdan Yusof aka Danny (Rashdan), the ex-business partner of Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar (Amok) in BinaFikir Sdn Bhd, have proudly announced that MAS posted RM2.5 bilion losses for year ending 2011.
