En Ahmad Jauhari Yahya (AJ), the Group CEO of MAS and En Mohammed Rashdan Yusofaka Danny (Rashdan), Deputy Group CEO of MAS and an Amok’s crony, have stressed on cost cutting under their New Business Plan to save MAS. Are they seriously walking their talks or just a slogan for people with consultant mentality to fool the Government and the entire nation?
Updates @ 6:50 pm on 15-3-2011: blue sky has informed yours truly that Puan Nor Zalida Ahmad is the niece of Datuk Kamarudin Meranun, the Deputy CEO of AirAsia and after the secret MAS AirAsia share swap was inked by Tan Sri Mokhtar he was appointed a director of MAS. By the way, she is also the sister of Zaman, AirAsia Customer Experience an Technology Officer.
After the said secret share swap, Puan Nor Zalida Ahmad was employed by MAS. In a short span of time she was promoted to be the Head, strategic communication of MAS. Another recruit from AirAsia. Hopefully it was not coincidental again that she is one of the local individuals that have been handpicked by PlaneConsult, whose CEO, Conor McCarthy again by coincidence is also the founder and director of AirAsia Bhd. It seems that PlaneConsult has the only capability of identifying “good and capable” individuals from AirAsia! WHY? WHY? WHY? Mr YAB PM please take immediate actions before it is too late!

It is high time that all the MAS unions and MAS staff must all stand up against the ill thought out policies and decisions made by AJ and Rashdan, Amok’s crony and ex-business partner in BinaFikir Sdn Bhd. Of course, En Rozman Omar, the new CFO of MAS, and En Azhari Dhalan, the new Head for MAS Engineering, who are both from AirAsia, are included. Now Rashdan is hiding behind the MAS board for all the decisions he has made. Presumably the arbitrary decision to pay RM18 million to sponsor QPR and the appointment of the mat salleh consultant firm, PlaneConsult, were also not his but MAS Board in HERE. Grow up crony, if you cannot stand the heat please leave the kitchen! MAS does not need its top executive to appoint mat salleh consultant to think for them!
Puan Nor Zalida Ahmad, Acting Head, strategic communications of MAS wrote a letter to the Star today in an attempt to defend Amok’s crony in HERE. Is Puan Nor Zalida Ahmad related to any of the top guy in MAS or AirAsia? Can anyone help?

Updates @ 1:30 am on 15-3-2012:PlaneConsult is not the only consultant firm hired by MAS. Ernst & Young is another consultant firm that has been appointed to teach MAS Corporate Division how to do their work. It seemed that AJ and Rashdan, Amok’s crony and ex-business partner in BinaFikir Sdn Bhd, are heavily relying on consultants to do the thinking for them. It has been for some weeks that “two young sweet little” officers from Ernst & Young are in MAS Corporate Division. Quite frankly, it is a case of teaching “grandmothers how to suck eggs”. MAS had to pay good money as salaries and perks to these two handpicked “corporate gurus” by Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar and yet they needed consultants to think for them. It is laughable.
Under the circumstances, saving MAS is a foregone conclusion! Perhaps it is also a case of “Kepimpinan Melalui Tauladan”. Under Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar leadership, it has became Khazanah’s culture to engage consultant firms to think for them. The Government must account to Parliament what is the total payment made to consultant firms during Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar’s reign In Khazanah from June 2004 until today.
Updates @ 6:45 pm on 14-3-2012:YB Datuk Nancy, Batang Sadong MP, criticised the MAS – AirAsia share swap and CCF and called for the Government to reverse or cancell the them forthwith as it was not in the interest of the country. Yours truly believes that there will more MPs calling for the said share swap to be reversed as it was a failure from day one. It is hoped that Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar, MD of Khazanah and the ex-business partner of Rashdan when they were together in BinaFikir Sdn Bhd, will take note.

Updates: 12-03-2012 @ 9:15 pm: TV3 prime time news at 8:00 pm also gave a lengthy report with regards to the news of “reversing or cancellation” of the secret MAS-AirAsia share swap and CCF. Of course, Khazanah headed by Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar, the ex founder of BianFikir Sdn Bhd refused to comments on the news. Tan Sri Tony Fernandes of AirAsia Bhd, AirAsia X Sdn Bhd and Tune Air Sdn Bhd has tweeted to say that he was not aware of the said news.
Yours truly has read an interesting article in Utusan today at page 18 with the headline “Perjanjian MAS, AirAsia batal?”. It said “sebelum ini, pertukaran saham antara syarikat penerbangan itu menimbulkan banyak polemik sehingga Suruhanjaya Sekuriti (SC) dan Bursa Malaysia terpaksa menjalankan siasatan.” The most interesting of all is “… bahawa kerjasama hanya memberi keuntungan besar kepada AirAsia.”(“… that the said co-operation only benefited AirAsia.”). The said page 12 of the slide show clearly indicated that whatever PLANS of the TRIO, in particular Rashdan, to so-called strengthen the Balance Sheet of MAS have been endorsed by Khazanah and Tune Air.
On 29 February 2012 En Ahmad Jauhari Yahya,(AJ) , En Mohammed Rashdan Yusof aka Danny (Rashdan), Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar’s ex-businesss partner in BinaFikir Sdn Bhd and crony, and EnRozman Omar (Rozman), the newly crowned CFO of MAS and ex high ranking officer of AirAsia, briefed the media of the performance of MAS for the 4th Quarter and FY 2011. They have produced figures based on the UNAUDITED ACCOUNTS of MAS to the media that showed MAS has suffered huge losses to the tune of RM2.524 billion. The said losses must have shaken the Government and nation. Why was there a desperate need to make such a sudden briefing/announcement at this particular time? It was done some 12 days before the commencement of Parliament on 12-3-2012. What a coincidence!
Updates 6-3-2012: Apparently there was no due diligence carried out before inking in the much talked about secret MAS-AirAsia share swap wrote Outsyed The Box. Well, on 14-8-2011 five days after the said secret share swap agreement was inked by Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar, MD of Khazanah Nasional Bhd (Khazanah) and ex-business partner of En Mohammed Rashdan Yusof aka Danny Boy, Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar admitted to the bloggers on that very night that the option to purchase the 10% share of AirAsia X Sdn Bhd was a “DODGY DEAL”. Despite it was a “dodgy deal” Khazanah went ahead to appoint Morgan Stanley Investment Banker to evaluate the share of AirAsia X Sdn Bhd. By now Khazanah may have had exercised the the said 10% option. Typical of the people from the famous “Bina Tak Fikir”. Yours truly will try to get answers about this “DODGY DEAL” from Parliament when Parliament is in session commencing March 12, 2012. On 1-3-2012 En Ahmad Jauhari Yahya (AJ), the MAS CEO, and his deputy, En Mohammed Rashdan Yusof aka Danny (Rashdan), the ex-business partner of Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar (Amok) in BinaFikir Sdn Bhd, have proudly announced that MAS posted RM2.5 bilion losses for year ending 2011.
