AJ: Has the famous MH (Malaysian Hospitality) been changed by CCF to "Maruah Hilang" & "Musnah Harapan"?
On 15-3-2012 yours truly has highlighted the uplifting of AirAsia X Sdn Bhd(AA X)‘s passengers where MAS ticket showed that NO FARE was charged. On 17-3-2012 yours truly has also lodged a police report over this matter.
Out of a sudden MAS management saw it fit to send out an e-mail on 28-3-2012 at 12:26 am! WAU! MAS management was working on overdrive so much so that e-mail was sent out at 12:26 am. Now we know why En Ahmad Jauhari Yahya (AJ), the Group CEO of MAS told MPs during the “Briefing of MPs Session” on 26-3-2012 that MAS staffs are of low productivity.

Updates @ 11:30 pm on 28-3-2012: Parliament ended at about 10:00 pm just now. Will post what YB Datuk Awang Adik, the Deputy Minister of Finance, has replied in Parliament as soon as yours truly got a copy of the Handsard. Of course, he didn’t answer all the pertinent questions raised by several MPs especially “why was there a need for CCF to couple with share swap?” and what yours truly have asked in HERE & HERE during the policy Debate on the Royal Address. He was skirting around.
"MAS staffs are low productivity" said AJ. This MAS known logo has been around for many years and around the world. Has been changed to pale blue to "SAVE" MAS.

At 1:30 pm on 26-3-2012 MAS management came to Parliament to brief MPs. MAS Management team was represented by En Ahmad Jauhari Yahya (AJ), Tan Sri Md Nor Yusof (Md Nor) and Tun Abdullah Hj Ahmad Badawi, as MAS Advisor. Another person from MAS, whom yours truly is not familiar with. It could be En Rozman Omar. Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar (Amok) represented Khazanah Nasional Bhd (khazanah). Yours truly was told that Amok’s crony Rashdan was there but could not be seen.
Updates @ 8:30 pm 26-3-2012:TV 3 News at 8: “SC said there is a basis to investigate into MAS for insiders trading related to the MAS – AirAsia share swap. But SC cleared AirAsia for it.” Next posting will be on what AJ and Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar briefed the MPs in Parliament in Parliament House this afternoon..
In November 2010 Firefly commenced its commercial jets for domestic routes and begin with crossover routes, e.g. Kota Kinabalu and Kuching, on Jan 15. Asean will be its next stop. Firefly started to operate new routes with is jets to compete with AirAsia. Competition is, of course, good for consumers/travelers. AirAsia and AirAsia X Sdn Bhd began to feel the heat. Read HERE.

Yours truly, has been informed that the “sit-in” protest by MAS employees in Italy is still on. Tan Sri Md Nor Yusof was quick to issue press statement to defend Amok’s crony, Rashdan, and AJ but until today he is keeping very quiet about the appointment of PlaneConsult and what Mr Shane Nollan has been doing as Acting Commercial Director of MAS.
Yours truly would have thought that he would make another statement and published, of course, in the Star, to defend the “sacking” of the MAS employees in Italy, Mat Salleh, Mr Shane Nollan of PlaneConsult, AJ and Amok’s crony, Rahsdan, for they doing the “right thing” by not charging fare for the AA X Sdn Bhd’s passengers when they were uplifted by MAS to Mumbai. Tan Sri Md Nor should also tell Malaysians that helping AirAsia X Sdn Bhd and bring in AirAsia staff into MAS to hold key positions are the two main pillars of the secret share swap and CCF. Yours truly is still waiting to hear from him with regard to the selling of MAS assets under WAU when he was the MD then.
On the different note, instead of plugging the massive LEAKAGES (KEBOCORAN) in MAS, its top management is more interested in witch hunting i.e. looking for people leaking out information or rather their MALPRACTICES. They have instructed the poor heads of department to do the dirty job for them. This is one form of the LEAKAGES in MAS – instructing staff to do unproductive jobs. Tan Sri Md Nor, AJ and Rashdan: All of you are real jokers of Malaysia!

Updates @ 9:40 am on 19-3-2012: On 16-3-2012 at 9:30 pm Puan Nor Zalida Ahmad, Head of Strategic Communication of MAS, sent out the full text of the statement of Tan Sri Md Nor Md Yusof(MD Nor), MAS Chairman and the chief architect of the failed “Widespread Assets Un-Bundling” aka WAU in 2002/2003, supporting the Amok’s crony, Rashdan and AJ. WAU was about “saving” MAS through “ASSETS STRIPPING”. The statement appeared prominently in, of course, The Star. MD Nor was in great pain to justify what Amok’s crony has been doing. MD now was trying to undermine YAB PM when PM said that he will look into the secret MAS – AirAia share swap and CCF.
By the way, Puan Zalida Ahmad is the niece of Datuk Kamarudin Meranun, AirAsia Deputy CEO and sister of En Zaman Ahmad of AirAsia, the Head of Passenger Experience of AirAsia. It seems that no one else in MAS that is capable of doing the jobs. Is it part of the secret share swap and CCF to transfer AirAsia staff or person, who are related the top managers of AirAsia into MAS top management? MAS Unions, your views on the transfer of Puan Nor Zalida Ahmad (new Head Strategic communication), En Rozman Omar (new CFO of MAS) and En Azhari Dhalan (new Head of MAS Engineering), please?
Updates at 1:40 am 19-3-2012: Yours truly has been informed by reliable sources that the recruit of the Rashdan’s “new airlines”, MAS Sdn Bhd, has begun in earnest. Most probably this must have been “recommended” by his preferred Mat Salleh consultant, PlaneConsult, which is also the consultant for AirAsia and AirAsia X Sdn Bhd. If MAS staff do not exercise their option by 16-4-2012, they will be terminated with 3 months salary as compensation. Just wondering whether this decision is palatable to the leaders of the several MAS unions?

AirAsia X SdnBhd (AAX) has terminated its London, Paris and Mumbai routes in February 2012. The said termination involved 30,000 passengers. On 13-3-2012 AAX terminated its Christchurch routes from May 30, 2012.

En Ahmad Jauhari Yahya (AJ), the Group CEO of MAS and En Mohammed Rashdan Yusofaka Danny (Rashdan), Deputy Group CEO of MAS and an Amok’s crony, have stressed on cost cutting under their New Business Plan to save MAS. Are they seriously walking their talks or just a slogan for people with consultant mentality to fool the Government and the entire nation?
Updates @ 1:30 am on 15-3-2012:PlaneConsult is not the only consultant firm hired by MAS. Ernst & Young is another consultant firm that has been appointed to teach MAS Corporate Division how to do their work. It seemed that AJ and Rashdan, Amok’s crony and ex-business partner in BinaFikir Sdn Bhd, are heavily relying on consultants to do the thinking for them. It has been for some weeks that “two young sweet little” officers from Ernst & Young are in MAS Corporate Division. Quite frankly, it is a case of teaching “grandmothers how to suck eggs”. MAS had to pay good money as salaries and perks to these two handpicked “corporate gurus” by Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar and yet they needed consultants to think for them. It is laughable.
Under the circumstances, saving MAS is a foregone conclusion! Perhaps it is also a case of “Kepimpinan Melalui Tauladan”. Under Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar leadership, it has became Khazanah’s culture to engage consultant firms to think for them. The Government must account to Parliament what is the total payment made to consultant firms during Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar’s reign In Khazanah from June 2004 until today.
Updates @ 6:45 pm on 14-3-2012:YB Datuk Nancy, Batang Sadong MP, criticised the MAS – AirAsia share swap and CCF and called for the Government to reverse or cancell the them forthwith as it was not in the interest of the country. Yours truly believes that there will more MPs calling for the said share swap to be reversed as it was a failure from day one. It is hoped that Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar, MD of Khazanah and the ex-business partner of Rashdan when they were together in BinaFikir Sdn Bhd, will take note.

Updates: 12-03-2012 @ 9:15 pm: TV3 prime time news at 8:00 pm also gave a lengthy report with regards to the news of “reversing or cancellation” of the secret MAS-AirAsia share swap and CCF. Of course, Khazanah headed by Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar, the ex founder of BianFikir Sdn Bhd refused to comments on the news. Tan Sri Tony Fernandes of AirAsia Bhd, AirAsia X Sdn Bhd and Tune Air Sdn Bhd has tweeted to say that he was not aware of the said news.
Yours truly has read an interesting article in Utusan today at page 18 with the headline “Perjanjian MAS, AirAsia batal?”. It said “sebelum ini, pertukaran saham antara syarikat penerbangan itu menimbulkan banyak polemik sehingga Suruhanjaya Sekuriti (SC) dan Bursa Malaysia terpaksa menjalankan siasatan.” The most interesting of all is “… bahawa kerjasama hanya memberi keuntungan besar kepada AirAsia.”(“… that the said co-operation only benefited AirAsia.”). On 29 February 2012 En Ahmad Jauhari Yahya,(AJ) , En Mohammed Rashdan Yusof aka Danny (Rashdan), Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar’s ex-businesss partner in BinaFikir Sdn Bhd and crony, and EnRozman Omar (Rozman), the newly crowned CFO of MAS and ex high ranking officer of AirAsia, briefed the media of the performance of MAS for the 4th Quarter and FY 2011. They have produced figures based on the UNAUDITED ACCOUNTS of MAS to the media that showed MAS has suffered huge losses to the tune of RM2.524 billion. The said losses must have shaken the Government and nation. Why was there a desperate need to make such a sudden briefing/announcement at this particular time? It was done some 12 days before the commencement of Parliament on 12-3-2012. What a coincidence!
