Ernst & Young is another consultant firm that has been appointed to teach MAS Corporate Division how to do their work. It seemed that AJ and Rashdan, Amok’s crony and ex-business partner in BinaFikir Sdn Bhd, are heavily relying on consultants to do the thinking for them. It has been for some weeks that “two young sweet little” officers from Ernst & Young are in MAS Corporate Division. Quite frankly, it is a case of teaching “grandmothers how to suck eggs”. MAS had to pay good money as salaries and perks to these two handpicked “corporate gurus” by Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar and yet they needed consultants to think for them. It is laughable.
Under the circumstances, saving MAS is a foregone conclusion! Perhaps it is also a case of “Kepimpinan Melalui Tauladan”. Under Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar leadership, it has became Khazanah’s culture to engage consultant firms to think for them. The Government must account to Parliament what is the total payment made to consultant firms during Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar’s reign In Khazanah from June 2004 until today.
Updates @ 6:45 pm on 14-3-2012:YB Datuk Nancy, Batang Sadong MP, criticised the MAS – AirAsia share swap and CCF and called for the Government to reverse or cancell the them forthwith as it was not in the interest of the country. Yours truly believes that there will more MPs calling for the said share swap to be reversed as it was a failure from day one. It is hoped that Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar, MD of Khazanah and the ex-business partner of Rashdan when they were together in BinaFikir Sdn Bhd, will take note.

On 29 February 2012 En Ahmad Jauhari Yahya,(AJ) , En Mohammed Rashdan Yusof aka Danny (Rashdan), Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar’s ex-businesss partner in BinaFikir Sdn Bhd and crony, and EnRozman Omar (Rozman), the newly crowned CFO of MAS and ex high ranking officer of AirAsia, briefed the media of the performance of MAS for the 4th Quarter and FY 2011. They have produced figures based on the UNAUDITED ACCOUNTS of MAS to the media that showed MAS has suffered huge losses to the tune of RM2.524 billion. The said losses must have shaken the Government and nation. Why was there a desperate need to make such a sudden briefing/announcement at this particular time? It was done some 12 days before the commencement of Parliament on 12-3-2012. What a coincidence!
Updates 6-3-2012: Apparently there was no due diligence carried out before inking in the much talked about secret MAS-AirAsia share swap wrote Outsyed The Box. Well, on 14-8-2011 five days after the said secret share swap agreement was inked by Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar, MD of Khazanah Nasional Bhd (Khazanah) and ex-business partner of En Mohammed Rashdan Yusof aka Danny Boy, Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar admitted to the bloggers on that very night that the option to purchase the 10% share of AirAsia X Sdn Bhd was a “DODGY DEAL”. Despite it was a “dodgy deal” Khazanah went ahead to appoint Morgan Stanley Investment Banker to evaluate the share of AirAsia X Sdn Bhd. By now Khazanah may have had exercised the the said 10% option. Typical of the people from the famous “Bina Tak Fikir”. Yours truly will try to get answers about this “DODGY DEAL” from Parliament when Parliament is in session commencing March 12, 2012. On 1-3-2012 En Ahmad Jauhari Yahya (AJ), the MAS CEO, and his deputy, En Mohammed Rashdan Yusof aka Danny (Rashdan), the ex-business partner of Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar (Amok) in BinaFikir Sdn Bhd, have proudly announced that MAS posted RM2.5 bilion losses for year ending 2011. Yours truly has been alerted by Anak Malaysia that a Petition Campaign has been launched against the secret MAS-AirAsia share swap and the “Comprehensive Collaborative Framework” (CCF). The said secret share swap and CCF were the brainchild of Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar, the MD of Khazanah Nasional Bhd, and his ex-business partner of BinaFikir Sdn Bhd and crony, En Mohammed Rashdan Yusof a.k. Danny (Rashdan). After a short span of 8 years BinaFikir Sdn Bhd was sold to Maybank Bhd for a whooping RM8 million!
On 1-12-2012 En Azahari Dahlan who was the Regional Head, Engineering of AirAsia Bhd for about 6 years, was appointed new CEO of MAE of MAS. Prior to joining AirAsia Bhd he was with MAS Another shocking new appointment effective from 14-2-2012 is En Rozman bin Omar as the new Group Chief Finance Officer of MAS. He is the current Regional Finance Officer of AirAsia Bhd.
The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), an equivalent of Malaysia Competition Commission (MYCC), has filed a lawsuit against AirAsia for failing to disclose the full air fare in its website for the following flights: Melborune and Macau, London, Ho Chi Minh City, New Delhi, Hangzhou & Chengdu, Perth and Taipei, Phuket, Osaka, London, Ho Chi Minh City and Hangzhou, Gold Coast and Ho Chi Minh City, in HERE. The scheduled meeting at 6 pm of today where Tan Sri Mokhtar has summoned Tan Sri Bashir Ahmad to attend did not materialise. It was just a “rumour” after all! Was it just a rumour that was to “discredit” Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar, who is one of those few honorable men left in the corporate world and, of course, his ex-business partner in BinaFikir Sdn Bhd, En Muhammed Rashdan Yusof aka Danny (Rashdan), is included?
All the disabled persons, elderly and young children say a BIG Thank YOU to Tan Sri Bashir and his men in MAB for going against the God sent corporate leader!

Updated @ 12 noon 2-12-2011: Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar, MD of Khazanah, has been extremely quiet over the secret MAS – AirAsia share swap, CCF and the constant attacks against MAHB by the Spin Doctor. Rummour has it that Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar has summoned Tan Sri Bashir Ahmad, the MD of MAHB, to a meeting at 6 pm on Saturday (3-12-2011) in Khazanah HQ. Going by Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar’s stand during the meeting with bloggers on 16-8-2011 that “Tan Sri Bashir has done a brilliant job in MAHB”, yours truly wild guess is Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar would want to back Tan Sri Bashir to stand firm and not allow MAHB to be pushed around by the Spin Doctor.
Yours truly knew as a matter of fact that the Spin Dr is a good friend of Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar but professionalism shall prevail. It will be interesting to see what is going to happen after the said meeting.
Yours truly also hopes that Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar will also advise Tan Sri Bashir not to allow any airline to owe Airport Tax and to take immediate actions to stop all facilities in the airport if an airline does not pay up the Airport Tax within two weeks and that MAHB should also take actions to demand for payment of the Airport Taxes totaling RM6.895 million held by AirAsia and AirAsia X Sdn Bhd for the “untravelled passengers”.ReadHERE.
