“NOW EVERYONE CAN FLY MAS WITH LOW COST FARE” – Part 1

Updates 2 11:30 am 12-4-2012: Apparently the Special Rate Fare charged to AAX is ALL inclusive of the Airport Tax, Emission Tax for London and Paris sectors and Fuel Surcharge.  After the deductions for the taxes and Fuel Surcharge, the fare KL – London will be left with RM500  for MAS to cover its fuel cost!  It is definitely a rewarding deal to some! But losses to MAS. 

In Utusan on 12-4-2012, MAS latest promotions in to Hong Kong fare at RM809, Jakarta RM609 and Ho Chi Minh City RM709. Just compare them to the Special Rate Fare to London that MAS only received a mere pittance of RM500 for up-lifting AAX passengers.

 AJ has proudly told the MPs during the briefing on 26-3-2012 that AAX has paid RM20 Million to MAS as deposit. The RM20 million only covers an average cost of about RM570 per AAX passengers!

MAS PROCUREMENT CONTACTS (RM794.73 Million) – Part 1

After the MAS-AirAsia share swap and CCF have been inked by Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar (Amok), the MD for Khazanah,, MAS was managed by an Exco comprising of En Mohammed Rashdan Yusof aka Danny, the Amok’s crony and Ex-business partner in BinaFikir Sdn Bhd, Tan Sri Tony Fernandes and Datuk Kamarudin Meranun both from AirAsia Sdn Bhd representing Tune Air Sdn Bhd. That was the arrangement agreed to by Amok. Several days after the inking of the said secret share swap and CCF, Rashdan flew to London to commit MAS to sponsor QPR for 18 million Pounds, in HERE.

AJ & Rashdan: “What cost cutting?” Part 6 – PlaneConsult fees RM2.8 mil!

Updates @ 7:00 pm 9-4-2012: Parliament will only end at 10:30 pm tonight. YB Datuk Bung Moktar, MP for Kinabatangan told yours truly at 4:05 pm that he said “The Briefing of MP by MAS on 26-3-2012, he said that if the turning around Business Plan is genuine then he will salute AJ and the others and that he strongly opposed the CCF and the way it was implemented by the TRIO. He also asked for another briefing for AJ to bring along Tan Sri Tony Fernandes to brief the MPs. He hopes that AJ will organise a anther briefing as soon as possible”  YB Datuk Bung Moktar has asked yours truly to inform MAS staffs and put on record accordingly. Thus this updates.

A new posting will be posted later tonight regarding what had happened in Parliament where several MPs have spoken up against the CCF, the procurement contract between MAS and LSG Sky Chef Brahim Sdn Bhd, ex and present DCA Inspectors doing part time piloting work for AA without APTL License or with Honorary APTL License,  En Azhari position without Nominated Post Holder and etc. Yours truly held a press conference regarding the conflict of interest on the part of PlaneConsult, Mr Shane Nollan and Connor McCarthy. Questions Time 4-4-2012: MAS fuel hedging loss

Tuan Wee Choo Keong [Wangsa Maju] minta MENTERI KEWANGAN menyatakan siapakah yang harus bertanggungjawab terhadap keputusan MAS memasuki beberapa perjanjian fuel hedging serta melaksanakan pembelian sebanyak 17,350,000 tong minyak, di mana ia bukan hanya setakat menyebabkan MAS mengalami jumlah kerugian sebanyak RM3.38 bilion bagi tempoh dari 19-2-2009 hingga 31-12-2011 tetapi juga menepatkan MAS berada di dalam situasi masalah kewangan, dan senaraikan nama-nama syrikat yang MAS memasuki perjanjian fuel hedging tersebut.

Tek Ucapan Parlimen mengenai RAS/AirAsia X Sdn Bhd

It all started as Flying Asian Express Sdn Bhd aka FAX. After receiving RAS & RM250 mil subsidy from Badawi's Administration dumped RAS back to MAS with 6 un-airworthy aircraft & 1 being cannibalised for spare parts.It costs MAS RM35 mil before resuming RAS again. Then changed its name to AirAsia X Sdn Bhd ...

Md Nor: Are you condoning Rashdan’s abused of powers?

Updates @ 11:00 am on 3-4-2012: AJ has just sent out another new organization chart for MAS effective today.   AJ said in the e-mail that the new management chart “will continue to strengthen his foundation to successfully implement the Recovery plans and the Game Changers as contained in the Business Plan”. This is the third management chart for AJ ever since he was appointed MAS Group CEO!  Just wondering, how many more of such chart to come?

Under this new structure,  Amok’s crony Rashdan is still the Deputy Group CEO in charge of  “Group Finance together with Aircraft Finance & Management and also to assist AJ with overseeing all the divisions and subsidiaries”.

AJ & Tan Sri Md Nor Yusof: What about the scandals regarding the upgrading of Rashdan’s maid to First Class that has been highlighted in this blog and in Parliament. Are you going to take actions against the abused of power by Amok’s crony?

Today (2-4-2012) MESA Union of MAS has sent an e-mail to Tan Sri Md Nor Yusof (Md Nor), MAS  Chairman and also one of  the brains behind the project known as “Widespread Assets un-Bundling” ( WAU) in 2002 / 2003 when he was the MD of MAS.
