Amok’s crony Rashdan is OUT, who are NEXT?
Updates @ 12:30 pm on 31-5-2012: Rumour has it that Mr Shane Nollan of PlaneConsult, who had played a very significant role in the uplifting of the 35,000 passengers from AAX Sdn Bhd with very low fares and the Re-Accommodation Agreement, has ended his “honeymoon” as Acting Commercial Director of MAS yesterday. Was his tenure ended abruptly? Is PlaneConsult still doing the “CONSULTING” work for AJ?
It seems that Rashdan, the Amok’s most trusted crony, is still running “AMOK” in MAS. He was seen accompanying AJ in the inaugural A380 flight from Paris to KL yesterday.
Can someone in MAS help to confirm the above? Thank you
YB Datuk Seri Ahmad Husni Hanazlah, Minister of Finance II said that MAS has been instructed to submit its projection plans to the Government to monitor its performance and ensure it remain competitive. Updates @ 4:30 pm on 18-5-2012: Please read “Rafidah gone off her rockers”. If YB Tan Sri Rafidah Aziz has gone off her rockers then AJ has gone senile to have signed the secret “Supplementary Collaborative Agreement” and two MOUs with AirAsia/AAX almost immediately after the secret share swap was unwound. Until this day AJ could not reveal what were the exact nature of the collaborations. So far, what we have witnessed was a collaboration based on “MAS gives ALL, AirAsia/AirAsia X take ALL”, in HERE.
The secret MAS-AirAsia share swap has been unwound by YAB PM, YAB Datuk Seri Najib Tun Abdul Razak, on 2-5-2012.
It must follow suit that all the appointments that were made after the said secret share swap must also be terminated because those appointments were made under the ill thought out advice and an undue influence of those irresponsible personalities in Khazanah especially, En Mohammed Rashdan Yusof aka Danny (Rashdan), the Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar (Amok)’s most trusted crony and ex-business partner in BinaFikir Sdn Bhd, in HERE.
AJ’s “THOUGHTS” on the unwound share swap and “COST SAVING”
Updates @ 7:30 pm on 7-5-2012: En Aziz Bakar, the Chairman of AirAsia, has been quoted to have said today in Bernama that “Both airlines are looking at the right module and proposals on collaboration after the swap deal was dropped. We are creating a win-win situation. To us at AirAsia, whatever we do must be a win-win scenario, whether its a share swap or collaboration. If not why would we want to sign in the first place.”, in HERE.
It would be interesting to know En Ahmad Jauhari Yahya (AJ)’s “thoughts” about the said secret share swap and from his thoughts we could see what his so-called “Business Plan” was all about: Whether AJ’s “Business Plan” is to save MAS or AirAsia? Below was AJ’s latest circular:
The highhandedness of the TRIO & their inaction over RM31 million debt against AAX
Below is the email from a reader which should be a posting by itself to show the style of the top management of MAS under the TRIO namely Tan Sri Md Nor Yusof (Chairman of MAS) (Md Nor), En Ahmad Jauhari Yahya (AJ) (Group CEO of MAS) and En Mohammed Rashdan Yusof aka Danny (Rashdan) (Deputy Group CEO of MAS).
Genuine collaboration needs no share “SUAP”!
Updates @ 9:00 pm 1-5-2012: TV3 Buletin Utama has made an informed speculation that the MAS-AirAsia share “Suap” will be reversed tomorrow. If it does happen tomorrow then those appointed after the said secret share suap must also be reversed or terminated. The appointment of ex-ArirAsia officers like En Rozman Omar, now CFO of MAS and En Azhari Dahlan, now CEO of MAS Engineering and Mr Shane Nollan of PlaneConsult, as Acting Commercial Director of MAS should be terminated forthwith. They are unfit to hold those key posts in MAS due to their apparent conflict of interest. PlaneConsult itself should be terminated forthwith if it has been renewed at the tail end of its contract by the present the TRIO or Board of Directors. PlaneConsult is a consultant for low cost airline and also the consultant for AirAsia and AirAsia X Sdn Bhd.
The above actions are very necessary to ensure that the CCF is genuine and will be implemented transparently, and more importantly to ensure no conflict of interest in all decisions, which are so rampant in MAS now. Of course, Rahsdan and gang, and those members of the Board of Directors must also be removed immediately. It is hoped that after the announcement tomorrow, the members of Board of Directors will take the honorable step to RESIGN forthwith. If those personalities remain in MAS after the secret share swap has been reversed by YAB Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Abdul Razak, another campaign will have to be launched to get rid of them. It is hoped that those unwelcome “GUESTS” in MAS will not overstay. Rashdan, are you still around in MAS?
Ten months have elapsed after the MAS-AirAsia share swap and CCF, there is nothing positive came out of it except glaring conflict of interest. Genuine collaboration does not need a share swap deal to be successful.
Is Shane Nollan “ripping off” the Government?
Mr Shane Nollan, the Acting Commercial Director of MAS and also of PlaneConsult must be held responsible for ripping off the Government of Malaysia with its new fares structure for purchasing of flight tickets via Air Transport Warrant effective 16-4-2012.

Internet Access BLOCKED in MAS!
The latest circular from MAS’s IT Department dated 20-4-2012 was to ban and/or restrict MAS staffs’ access to the internet. This must be the TRIO‘s new found “BUSINESS PLAN” under the notorious MAS-AirAsia share “SUAP” and CCF.
